What to Expect When you Visit

We hope you find Trinity to be a warm, welcoming place to worship God and connect with what God is doing in our community.

Here is some information about visiting for the first time:

Sunday School Begins at 9:30am

Worship Begins at 10:30am

Our worship begins at 10:30 in our sanctuary. Our worship is liturgical in nature; we incorporate hymns, choral anthems, litanies, scripture readings, and a sermon into most services. There is a nursery in room #300 for ages birth-3, and children older than that are encouraged to worship with their family.

Children's Church

Midway through each service we usually have a children’s sermon, and children ages 4- 1st grade are invited to go to Children’s Church in room #301 for the remainder of the worship service. Older children are encouraged to stay in worship for the entire service.

Hymn of Commitment

We conclude most services with a Hymn of Commitment where we are invited to publicly respond to what God is urging in our lives. If you’d like to speak with a minister or simply pray at the altar, you’re welcome to do so at that time. Ministers are also available after each service to speak with you.

Restrooms

There are restrooms in the vestibule, and also in the hallway behind the pulpit area.

From Pastor Ryan

When I became pastor of Trinity in June of 2003, I told the church that I wanted to know their families and that I wanted them to know mine.  This is the kind of special relationship that I wish for all of our church, so that we can pray for, uplift, and edify one another as we strive to follow Jesus Christ.

My wife, Kay, and I met at Auburn University and have been married since July of 1996.  We have two daughters, Jenna and Mary Brooks, and a son, Turner.  They enjoy soccer, cheer, basketball and spending time with family and friends. Our family enjoys playing games, taking trips, and simply being at home together, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Kay is a pharmacist at Seneca Pharmacy and enjoys running and household projects.  I enjoy sports, being outside, and hearing people’s faith stories.  If you are looking for a church home and family, we would love to have you come find your place at Trinity!
